The Add to Existing Subset tool lets users add selected map features to an existing subset of Asset records. (Subsets are a fixed group of records a user saves for later use.)
How To Add Features to an Existing Subset
Select Assets in the map that you wish to include in the subset.
OR
Using the current selection highlight the Assets in the data table.
Click . The following dialog box appears:
Choose Yes to add the highlighted assets to the subset. Choose No to add all of the selected assets on the current Data Table tab to the subset. After making a choice, the following dialog box appears:
Select a subset from the list and click OK. The program adds the highlighted or selected features to the subset and zooms to the newly defined subset.
