Street Merge Process within Lucity Desktop

The following is an overview of the process that occurs within Lucity Desktop when Streets are merged:

• Renumbers the existing street if the Segment ID for the merged Street is new (i.e., the existing Segment ID of either street is not being reused).
• Updates attributes for the merged Street:
  • Left/right and To/from Address Range,
  • To/From Node,
  • Length,
  • User Length, and
  • Lane Length.
• Merges Subsegments.
• Updates Subsegment Numbers.
• Associates Documents.
• Updates Street Curve (STCURVE).
• Updates Construction records.
• Updates Work Requests.
• Updates Work Orders.
  • Copies Asset/Task associations to the merged Street Segment.
  • Recalculates AS_WOCOST and AS_UNASGNCOST.
• Updates PM/Work Template records.
• Updates Master Project records.
• Updates Street Name fields.
• Updates Routes.
• Updates Structures.
• Updates associations:
  • STCURBINV, STWALLINV, STTVSEG, STTVINTJR, STSWINV, STSTEPSINV, STSININV, STSHEAD, STRRXINV, STRAMPINV, STPOLINV, STPMINV, STPARK, STMETERBOX, STMEDINV, STMAINLINE, STLITINV, STJBOXINV, STGRINV, STFENINV, STCABINET, STBSINV, STACDATA
• Deletes Intersection or update Status (depending on option selected).
