Split Process within Lucity Desktop
The following is an overview of the process that occurs within Lucity Desktop when Sewer Pipes are split:
- Creates a new Sewer Structure (if not using an existing Structure).
- Creates two new Sewer Pipe records in Lucity.
- Copies attributes to the new Pipe records.
- Associates Documents to the new Pipe records (if not archiving).
- Updates the Address associations (CMADDR).
- Updates the Basin (SWBASINOUT).
- Updates the Flow Isolation (SWISONET).
- Updates the Observation Manholes (SWOBSMAN).
- Updates the Service Lateral Connections (SWSERV).
- Updates the Pipe Curve (SWCURVE).
- If the Associate Inspections option is checked:
- Updates Smoke Tests and Observations.
- Updates Lamp Tests and Observations.
- Updates TV Inspections and Observations.
- Updates PACP Inspections and Observations.
- Updates Construction records (if the option was checked).
- Updates Sewer Overflows (if the option was checked).
- Updates Sewer Rehab records (if the option was checked).
- Updates new Upstream Sewer Pipe Elevations.
- Upstream elevation data is populated from the pre-split pipe's upstream elevation data.
- Downstream elevation data is not calculated.
- Updates new Downstream Sewer Pipe Elevations.
- Upstream elevation data is not calculated
- Downstream elevation data is populated from the pre-split pipe's downstream elevation data
- Updates Work Requests (if the option was checked).
- Updates Work Orders (if the option was checked).
- Copies Asset/Task associations to the split pipe
- Associates any previous asset costs AS_WOCOST and AS_UNASGNCOST with one of the pipes.
- Updates PM/Work Template records (if the option was checked).
- Updates Master Project records (if the option was checked).
- Archives or deletes record for original presplit pipe (based upon archive option).
