At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Roof Rec No. |
The Roof Record Number field is only enabled when adding a record. This is a required field that allows you to specify which roof is being inspected. Note: The roof must already exist in Roof Inventory. Press F9 for a list of available roofs. |
Roof ID |
Upon selecting a roof number, the Roof ID is automatically populated with the corresponding info from the Roof Inventory record. |
Inspected By |
The Inspected By field allows you to specify who performed the inspection. |
Date Inspected |
This is a required field that allows you to enter the date the inspection took place. Press the space bar to populate this field with the current date (i.e. the date on your system clock) or use the drop-down menu to select a date. |
Overall Condition |
The Overall Condition is a code-description pick list field that allows you to rate the physical condition of the roof. |
Next Inspection |
The Next Inspection field allows you to document when the next inspection will occur. |
