At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Roof ID |
This user-defined field allows you to enter your own unique identifier for the roof. If your agency does not use unique identifiers, you can use the F5 function to populate this field with the same value as in the Roof Record No. field. |
Area Description |
This field allows you to enter a brief, text description of the roof. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the structure's active status. |
Note: The Roof ID is required in order to save the record.
