PO Receipts

The PO Receipt record displays general information about the parts of a PO that has been fulfilled. These records are added to the grid when a shipment is received and recorded on the Items tab using the Complete or Partial tools.

PO Receiving

Date

The date the shipment was received.

Reference Number

An identifier for the shipment. The system automatically completes this field with the PO Number; however, users can edit this field.

Total

The total cost of the shipment. The system automatically calculates this value by adding all of the Total Cost fields from the related PO Receipt Detail records.

Comment Field

A text field that enables the user to add comments.
