The Cleanup tab allows you to specify how the SSO was cleaned up, when it was cleaned, who cleaned it, the containment methods used, if signs were posted, if the area was barricaded, if samples were taken, and if fish/wildlife were hurt. The Gallons Recovered field allows you to enter the amount of overflow returned to the sewer structure. This field must be populated for the Total Est. Gallons field (in the Investigation tab) to be calculated.

The Comments grid allows you to make additional annotations regarding the SSO cleanup. While in Add or Edit mode, place your cursor in the grid and begin typing. This field has copy/paste abilities, carriage returns <Ctrl + Enter>, and a spell checker that when turned on will underline misspelled words as you type. |
