These identify the pipe being inspected. Use any of these fields to select a pipe. Click the one of the field caption buttons or click in a field and push F9 for a pop-up list of pipes. Selecting the pipe in one field will fill out the other two. |

Indicates whether the pipe has a flow basin associated with it in the Pipe Inventory. This field is automatically populated. |
Post TV Record checkbox |
Indicates whether the user wishes to post the TV record. |
