The Structure Inspection header fields contain general information used to identify the structure that was inspected, as well as the date of the inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Structure ** |
The ID number of the inspected structure, as chosen from the Structure Inventory module. You can manually enter a structure number or press F9 to view the pick list. |
Flow Basin |
The flow basin associated with the structure. This field is populated automatically when a structure is selected. |
Inspection Date ** |
The date the inspection took place. Press the space bar to populate this field with the current date (i.e., the date on your system clock), or use the drop-down menu to select a date. |
Most Recent Inspect |
Indicates whether the selected Structure Inspection record represents the most recent inspection for this structure. The system uses the Inspected Date to make this determination. |
