The Status/Construction History tab contains information about the current status and value of the pump. At the top of the tab are several summary fields. Below those are two grids to track status history and construction history.

The current status of the pump. This field is automatically updated to reflect the status from the most recent record in the status history grid. |
Present Value Remaining Life |
The values, which are updated automatically by the system, are defined by the deterioration rates set up in the Construction record. |
Status Grid
The Status History grid details the current status of the pump and provides a historical listing of all status changes for the pump.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.
Note: Status records can be added only if the pump is installed in a pump station.
How to Add a Status History record
Construction Grid
The Construction History grid displays all Construction records for the pump.
A sample of the grid appears below. Sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order. Click the heading again to change the direction of the sort.
To access the Construction records, select Sewer > Construction Records from the main menu.
