The Service Lateral header fields contain general information used identify, describe, and locate each service lateral. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Service Status |
Describes the status of the service lateral, based on terms provided in the user-defined pick list. Any code value less than 950 is considered to be currently operational and in use. Any value 950 and above is considered to non - operational. Note: PM's will not not add non-operational assets to work orders. |
Active |
Mark whether or not the service lateral is in use. |
