The header fields contain general information used to identify, describe, and locate each fueling record. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Fleet ID ** |
Stores the unique identifier for the vehicle associated with the current fueling record. This links the Fueling record to an existing Fleet Inventory record. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of Fleet Inventory records. |
Employee |
Indicates the employee who performed the fleet fueling. |
Fueling ID |
If desired, enter a identification code for the fueling. This is not required and is not checked to ensure that it is unique. |

* Must form a unique combination with the Current Reading Date/Time found on the Readings tab.
