Creating a Subset

This option allows you to select a group of asset records and create a subset.  To create a new subset, complete the following steps:

  1. Highlight the asset records you wish to include in the subset.
  2. Right-click in the grid and select Subset>Create Subset.  The following window will appear:

  3. Enter a name for the new subset,

    OR

  4. Click the button to see a list of existing subset names.  

    Note: Duplicate names are not permitted.

  5. Click OK to complete.
