At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header data is described in the table below:

Certifying Entity |
This field allows you to identify the organization that issues or governs the certification in this record. |
Certification Rec # |
This field contains a unique, database generated ID. |
Note: The Certification ID is required in order to save the record.
