Color Control Options

Colors is a workstation based setting.

These options allow you to modify the following default color settings:

• Street Validation - Invalid Text. If street name validation is turned on, streets that are not found in the Street Name List will appear in this color when typed.
• Required Fields - Background. Fields designated as "Required" (in Field Properties) will be identified with this background color.
• Required Fields - Text. Fields designated as "Required" will contain this text color.
• Required Fields - Notification. Fields designated as "Required" will flash in this color if you attempt to save a record without filling in the required data. This helps you identify where the required data needs to be entered.

To modify the default color settings:

1. Click the drop-down arrow beside each color field to display color options.
2. Click to save your settings and close the window

   or

3. Click to save your settings and continue working from the Program Options window.

   or

4. Click to return to the default color settings and continue working from the Program Options window.

   or

5. Click to return to the default settings and close the window.
