Accounts Tab

The Accounts tab tracks utility account information that pertains to the address. Users can enter multiple account numbers of various types for each Address record.

The account information also interacts directly with the Work Requests module and is used to complete the some of the Request fields. If a user enters an existing account number on the request, the system will pull address and contact information from the Address record into the request. More information

A sample of the Accounts grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

How To Add an Account

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window appears:

    Account ID

  2. Select the Account Type.* (This is a user-defined list.)
  3. Enter the Account Number.*

    Note: The Account Number and Account Type must be unique. No two addresses can have the same account number with the same account type.

  4. Save and close the record.
