Controller Inspection Header Data

The header fields in the Irrigation Controller Inspection module contain general information used to identify each inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Field	Field Function
Controller Rec #	The system record number for the irrigation controller. The system automatically completes this field when the user selects the Alt Controller ID.
Alt Controller ID *	The irrigation controller inspected. Click on the field caption button or press F9 for a list of controllers.
Description	The description of the irrigation controller. The system automatically completes this field when the user selects the Alt Controller ID.
Inspection Date *	The date the inspection was performed.
Overall Cond	The general condition of the controller.
Inspection Crew	The crew that inspected the controller.
Next Inspection	The next date that the controller should be inspected.
Inspected By	The name of the person who performed the inspection.
Most Recent Inspection	Indicates whether the current record represents the most recent inspection.
