Sampling Tab

The Sampling tab lists all Sewer Sampling records linked to the selected Illicit Discharge record.

A sample of the Sampling grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Right-click in the grid to Add a Record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Edit Record, Delete Record, or Add Sampling Record.

  Note: Users can only add records to this grid if a Storm Structure is identified in the Structure # field (located in the header data).

How To Add a Sampling Record

1. Make sure the Network Structure field is completed in the Illicit Discharge header.
2. Right-click in the grid and select Add Sampling Record. The Sewer Sampling module opens and displays a new record.
3. Enter the Sample Date (required).
   • The Network Structure is also required; however, the system automatically copies this field from the Illicit Discharge record.
4. Complete all other fields as desired.
5. Save and close the record.
