The Contract Estimates header fields contain general information to identify and describe the record. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Indicates the number of the PO created from this Estimate record using the Toolkit. |
Estimated By |
Specifies which person made the estimate. |
Estimated Date |
Indicates when the estimate was made. |
Status |
Describes the current state of the estimate. |
Approved |
Indicates that all people in the Approval grid have marked the Approved box. |
Estimated Total |
Indicates the amount the work is estimated to cost. The value is automatically calculated as the sum of the Total Price fields in the Details grid. |
Est. Total plus |
Enables users to add any additional cost they believe the work will incur. |
Address |
Enables users to add an address for the location of the work associated with the estimate. |
Loc X Coord. Loc Y Coord. |
Enables users to add XY coordinates for the location of the work associated with the estimate. |
General Location |
Provides a large text field for additional location information. |
