Toolkit

The Toolkit in the Conduit Inspections module provides these functions:

Function	Result
Move Inspection record to another Conduit	Transfers the selected Inspection record to a different conduit. This tool is useful if a user creates an inspection on the wrong conduit.
Recalculate Filterset	Recalculates all calculated fields on all inspection records in the current filterset.

How to Run a Toolkit Function

Before running any tool that affects a filterset, create a filter for the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window appears:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click .
Move Inspection record to another Conduit
1. The following pop-up appears:
2. Enter the Alt Conduit ID for the destination conduit. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a list of conduits.
3. Click OK. The tool automatically updates the Inspection record with the new Alt Conduit ID and updates any fields that are completed using the Conduit record.
Recalculate filterset
- The tool automatically runs and updates all calculated fields on all inspections in the filterset.
