Toolkit

The Toolkit in this module provides the following functions:

Recalculate Filterset

Recalculates all calculated fields on all inspection records in the current filterset.

Set Building Connections to True

Checks the Building Conn field on all Observation records that should be checked.

The system determines if they should be checked based on the selected Observation, and how it is configured in the Inspection Setup module.

How to Run a Toolkit Function

Before running any tool that affects a filterset, create a filter to identify the records that should be updated.
Click the button in the module toolbar. The following window will appear:
Highlight one of the toolkit functions and click .
- Recalculate Filterset - The tool automatically runs and updates all calculated fields on all inspections in the filterset.
- Set Building Connections to True - The tool automatically runs and updates the Building Conn fields on all observation records.
