Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab stores information about all inspections that have been performed on the valve. There are several fields at the top of the tab that display information from the most recent inspection.

Field	Function
Valve Condition	Automatically updated from the Valve Condition field of the most recent inspection.
Date Inspected	Automatically updated from the Date Inspected field of the most recent inspection.
Next Insp Date	Automatically updated from the Next Insp Date field of the most recent inspection.

Inspection Grid

The inspection grid contains a historical listing of all inspections that have been performed on the valve.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.

How To Add an Inspection

Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Sewer Control Valve Inspection module will open and display a new record.
Enter the Date Inspected (required).
- The Valve Number field is also required, but is automatically filled out when adding a record this way.
Complete any other desired fields.
Save and close the record.
The new inspection will appear in the inspection grid. If the most recent inspection fields on the Inspections tab do not appear to be updated, use the Refresh button on the toolbar to see the changes.
