The header fields contain general information to identify each inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Site Survey Rec # |
This is the system record number for the survey site that is automatically filled out when the Survey Site ID is selected. |
Survey Site ID * |
This allows users to select the Survey Site that the inspection is for. Click on the field caption buttons or click in the field and press F9 for a list of sites. |
Name |
This is the name of the Survey site. It is automatically filled out when the Survey Site ID is selected. |
Inspection Date * |
This is the date the inspection was performed. |
Inspected By |
Enter the name person who performed the inspection. |
