The header fields contain general information to identify, describe, and locate each site. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the system record number that is automatically filled out when the record is made. |
Survey Site ID * |
This is the user-defined ID for the survey site. |
Name |
The name of the Survey site |
Class |
Allows users to set up a list of classes and specify the class of the site. |
Site Type |
Allows users to set up a list of Site Types and distinguish between types of sites. |
Status |
Allows users to mark the site's current status. Any value above 950 is considered to be out of service. PM's will not generate work orders for assets that are out of service. |
