The LACP Inspection header fields contain general information used to identify each LACP inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

LACP Rec# |
Displays the system-generated ID for the inspection record. |
Reverse Rec# |
Indicates whether a second survey has been performed on the lateral by displaying the inspection ID from the matching survey. |
PACP Rec# |
Links the LACP inspection to a PACP inspection. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a pop-up list of PACP inspections to pick from. Selecting a related PACP inspection automatically completes the US Manhole, DS Manhole, Inspected Date, Alt Pipe ID and Survey Direction fields. Several fields on the Setup Info tab may be automatically completed, as well. |
US Manhole DS Manhole |
Identify the unique upstream and downstream structures on the pipe. The data in these fields are automatically populated by the system when an Alt Pipe ID or PACP Rec # is selected. |
Alt Pipe ID |
Links the inspection to the pipe to which the service lateral is attached. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a pop-up list of sewer pipes to pick from. |
Inspected Date * |
Records the date and time the LACP inspection took place. |
Survey Direction Start Manhole |
Identify which direction the inspection traveled: upstream to downstream or downstream to upstream. |
Latest Inspection |
Indicates whether the current record represents the most recent inspection for this particular service lateral. The system automatically uses the Inspected Date field to make this determination. |
Service Structure * |
Links the inspection to a sewer service lateral. Click the caption button or click in the field and press F9 for a pop-up list of sewer service laterals to pick from. |
Lateral Seg Ref * |
Records the user-defined ID for the inspection record. |
