At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to enter a unique, alphanumeric identifier for the transformer. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the transformer's active status. |
Type |
Use this code-description field to identify the type of transformer in the record. |
Installation Date |
Use this field to record the date on which the transformer was installed. |
Manufacturer |
Use this field to identify the name of the transformer manufacturer. |
Model |
Use this field to identify the manufacturer's model number or name. |
Note: The Transformer Number is required in order to save the record.
