Solid Waste Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name	Definition
Solid Waste Rec #	Database generated, unique ID.
Location No	User-defined, unique ID. This field is required in order to save the record.
Property ID Tag	This field allows you to specify which property from the Customer Address module is associated with the solid waste account. Click on the field caption button or press F9 to access the pick list. Note: Linking records in this manner creates a relationship to the Customer Address module. This can be viewed using the Relationship button.
Address Apartment Number Business Name	You can manually enter an address and business name in these fields if you are not using Property IDs or Address Rec#s. If using Property IDs or Address Rec#s, these fields will be automatically populated by the system with the corresponding address information from the Customer Address module.
Address Rec #	This field is used in the following two ways: You can click on the field caption button to select an Address Rec # from the list. This list comes from the Customer Address module. Once you select a record number the corresponding Address information will be automatically populated by the system. If you select an existing Property ID, this field will display the Address Rec # for the associated record. Note: Linking records in this manner creates a relationship to the Customer Address module. This can be viewed using the Relationship button.
