Readings Tab

The Readings tab displays information about a pump's meter readings. At the top of the tab are fields that display information from the most recent reading.

Field	Function
Current Date	The Current Reading: Date from the most recent pump reading record.
Current Hourmeter	The Current Reading: Hourmeter from the most recent pump reading record.
Current Other Meter	The Current Reading: Other meter from the most recent pump reading record.

Below the fields is the Readings grid, which provides a historical listing of all readings for the pump.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

Reading Grid

Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, Edit Record, Add Record, or Delete Record.
Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Access the records from the main menu bar by selecting Sewer > Readings > Pump Readings.

How to Add a Reading Record

Right-click in the Readings grid and select Add Record. The Pump Readings module opens and displays a new record.
Fill out the Current Reading: Date (required).
Complete other fields as desired.
Save and close the record.
