Overflows Tab

The Overflows tab has two grids designed to store information about sewer overflow and illicit discharge events.

Overflows grid

This grid stores a list of overflow records that are related to the pipe.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, or Edit Record.

  Note: Records cannot be manually added to this grid. Overflow records must be created in the Sewer Overflow module and then users must add the pipe to the Sewer Overflow Pipes grid on the overflow record's Assets tab.

Illicit Discharge grid

This grid stores a list of illicit discharge records that are related to the pipe.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) indicates whether data appear in ascending or descending order.

• Double-click on an existing record to open it.
• Right-click in the grid to add a record.
• Right-click on an existing record for options to View Record, or Edit Record.

  Note: Records cannot be manually added to this grid. Illicit Discharge records must be created in the Illicit Discharge module and then users must select the pipe in the Pipe Rec # field on the discharge's Inspection Info tab.
