Phase Timing

This table lists all of the individual phases and their associated attributes.  A sample of the grid appears below. You can sort the records by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

1. You can Right-click to add a record.  To access existing records:
   • Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
   • Right-click on any record to open a drop down menu.  The menu allows you to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
2. Once you access the record you will see something similar to the following:

   

3. The Phase Timing form allows you to include data identified with the individual phase.  This includes timing, gaps, extension, and clearance in order to accurately define the phase.  The fields provided are numerical, and can be used to quantify the time allotted for each segment.  

   Note: When a new record is created, the Phase Number field must be filled in.
