The first attribute tab records general signal head inspection information. In this tab, you can record date, action, crew, and a future date for the next inspection. Additionally, there are fields in which condition codes are recorded. These fields track and quantify data about specific aspects of the signal head. The inspection codes and dates are carried over automatically to the companion Signal Head Inventory record.
