The Toolkit in this module is used to create an Intersection Collision Diagram. This is a visual representation of the accident data. It displays an intersection grid with corresponding street labels and directions. Within the grid, arrow drawings will be used to display direction and type of accident. Colored labels will be used to indicate property damage, injuries, and fatalities. The Toolkit can be used to print the diagram itself or view the Location Analysis report.
