Violations Grid

This grid allows you to add records for any violations charged.  

Note:  The Violations grid display will change depending on which unit is highlighted; only the violations for the highlighted unit in the Vehicles grid will be shown.

You can sort items in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Using the functions in the grid, you can add, edit, view, or delete violations.

Adding Violations

To add a violation, complete the steps below:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter a unit number.  The number for the highlighted unit in the Vehicles grid will appear by default.
3. Enter the violation charged and citation number.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to exit Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.

Viewing, Editing, or Deleting Violation Records

Highlight the violation you wish to view, edit, or delete, then Right-click and select View Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.
