Used to indicate whether the pedestrian was walking, approaching the roadway, standing still, playing, etc. |
Traffic Signal Obedience |
Used to indicate whether the pedestrian obeyed the traffic signal, disobeyed the traffic signal, whether a traffic signal was present, or whether the traffic signal malfunctioned. |
