The header fields contain general information to identify each trail inspection. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

This is the system record number for the trail record. It is automatically filled out when the Trail Number is filled out. |
Trail Number ** |
This specifies which Trail the inspection is for. Click the caption button or click in the field and push F9 for a pop-up list of furniture to select from. |
Most Recent Inspection |
This is automatically checked when the inspection is saved if it is the most recent inspection. When a newer inspection is created for a trail this is unchecked on previous inspections. |

* This field combined with the Action Date must form a unique combination.
