Two options in the Year to Work grid allow you to set the No Rehab Before checkbox: Set to Yes and Set to No. You should set this flag to Yes if you wish to ensure that the street is not selected for rehabilitation prior to the forced year to work. If you set this flag to No, it is possible that the street will be selected for rehabilitation prior to the forced year to work if its PCI values fall within a selectable range during another model run.
Note: You can use this function to set the No Rehab Before flag to Yes or No for multiple supersegment records at the same time.
To select multiple supersegment records, hold down the Shift or Ctrl key while highlighting records. To quickly set the No Rehab Before flag for these segments, highlight the record(s), Right-click, and select Set to Yes - No Rehab Before or Set to No - No Rehab Before. The grid will be updated.
