Segments selected using the Add Multiple Supersegments function are added without a maintenance cost.
Note: You can use this function to populate the maintenance cost for multiple supersegment records at the same time.
To select multiple supersegment records, hold down the Shift or Ctrl key while highlighting records. To quickly populate the maintenance cost for these segments, highlight the record(s), Right-click, and select Populate Maintenance Cost. The following window will appear:
Type the maintenance cost in the field provided. Click OK. The grid will be updated.
Note: If you include a cost here, it will be used in the model run budget. If a cost is not included, the system will determine the cost for this street supersegment based on the following formula: Area * Rehab Cost/Area
