Property Viewer

The Property Viewer lists records from several Lucity modules that are related to the current Asset based on its address.

Notes

• When the user clicks a module name, the system searches that module for records related to the address. If the arrow next to the module name disappears and does not expand, there are no related records in that section.
• The Recents section displays records from modules in which the address is a significant feature. The results are limited to the last year's worth of data and are ordered by date.
• When the tool searches a Work Order for related addresses, it searches through all of the Location records for the Work Order.
• When the tool is launched from a Work Order, the system looks for relationships to the first Location record found in that Work Order's Location grid.

How To View Related Records

1. Select a record in the grid.
2. Click the Property Viewer icon. The following pop-up appears, with the address from the current record:

   

3. Click on the arrow to the left of the address to expand the list of modules related to the address. Continue to expand sections until the desired module is located.

   

4. Click the desired module. A list of related records appears.
5. Click on a record to open it in its module.
