Lucity GIS Scheduled Tasks

The Lucity GIS Scheduled Tasks help keep the Lucity and GIS systems in sync. Every minute the process checks whether there is a configured GIS task scheduled to be run. If it finds a scheduled task, the program runs it, and records/updates are transfered from one system to the other.

Configuration

• Lucity Services must be installed.
• To process Assets, at least one feature service's related map service must be configured in the Administration Tool (under GIS > Map Services).
  • Any feature services used must include the feature classes that are being updated.
  • Any feature class being updated must display all fields that are linked to Lucity in its feature service.
• A scheduled task must be created in the Lucity Geodatabase Configuration for each feature class that is to be updated.
