Warehouse Operations Barcoding Device

This barcoding tool allows you to manage your warehouse operations from the field. It has been designed to provide four main functions:

• Adjust Quantities
• Warehouse Transfers
• Stock Counts
• Receive Inventory

It has been designed specifically for use with a PDA or other handheld device with a SocketScan SD Scan card. It works connected or disconnected.

Note: While not specifically supported, the barcoding program may also be compatible with the SocketScan CHS 7 handheld scanner.

This module functions in the following manner:

1. The PDA creates a Comma Delimited File called BarCodeData.txt.
2. The file is uploaded to a server or workstation.
3. The file is then imported into the Review and Post module.
4. You'll then validate the records in Review and Post.
5. Finally, the validated records are transferred to the Inventory.
