Issued Keys Grid

This grid displays all personnel issued to keys on this key hook.  The grid displays the key IDs, employee name, issue date, due date, returned date, and status.  A sample of the grid appears below.  You can sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

To add a record to the grid, complete the steps below:

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.
  2. Enter the Blind Code.  This is a user-defined unique ID. 

    Note:  This is required in order to save the record.

  3. Select an ID Number from the pick list.  This comes from the Personnel module.  When the ID is selected, the associated employee name will be automatically entered by the system.

  4. Enter the Issued Date, Due Date, Returned Date, Status, and Status Date, if applicable.
  5. Click to save the record.
  6. Click to exit Add Mode.
  7. Click to close the window.

You can then use the functions in the grid to view, edit, or delete existing records.
