Field Name

Use/Purpose/Calculation

Year

Enter the tax year in this field.  

Note:  This is required in order to save the record.

Fees Due

This field automatically calculates the fees due based on the records in the Mill Tax Details grid.  Here, you'll see the sum of the Tax Amount fields from each record in the grid.

Interest Due

Enter the amount of interest due in this field.

Full Due

Press F5 to calculate the Full Amount of taxes due.  This field sums the values in the Fees Due and Interest Due fields.

Half Due

Press F5 to calculate half the amount of taxes due.  This field sums the values in the Fees Due and Interest Due fields and then divides that amount by half.

Amount Paid

This field automatically calculates the total amount of  taxes paid. This represents the sum of the Amount Paid fields from each record in the Tax Payments grid.
