At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field contains a number automatically generated by the system. |
Alt ID |
This field allows you to create a unique, user-defined alternate identifier for your site asset. Press F5 to auto populate this field. |
Name |
This alphanumeric field allows you to indicate the site asset's name. |
Site Rec No |
This field allows you to link your site asset to an existing facility site from the Site Inventory module. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Site ID Site Name |
Once you have selected a Site Rec No in the above field, the system will automatically fill the corresponding information from the Site Inventory module into these two fields. |
Status |
This user-defined, code-description field allows you to indicate the structure's active status. |
Note: The Site Rec No and Alt ID is required in order to save the record.
