Taxes Grid

The Taxes grid allows you to document property tax information for the building.  To add a tax record, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record.  The Property Tax module will open allowing you to add a record.
2. Save the record when you are finished entering data.  The tax record will now be listed in the grid.

   Note: The property tax record number, entity type, and asset code will be auto-populated in the Property Tax record. For additional information on the Property Tax module, please refer to the Property Tax help guide.
