Inspections Tab

The Inspections tab displays the results from the most recent inspection.  These include the structural, electrical, and mechanical conditions of the pump station.  Additionally, the most recent inspection date and scheduled date for the next inspection are stored here.

This tab also contains a grid listing all of the inspection records for this particular pump station.  

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

How To Add an Inspection record

  1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The Sewer Pump Station Inspection module will open to a new record.
  2. Fill out the Last Inspection date field. This is required. The Pump Station ID is required too, but is filled out automatically when the inspection is created this way.
  3. Fill out other desired fields
  4. Save and close the popup.
