The Sewer Pump Inspection header fields contain general information used to identify each inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Pump Rec No |
The system-defined ID for the pump the inspection is for. Press F9 or click on the field caption button for a list of available pumps from the Pump Inventory module. Note: This field is enabled only when adding a record. |
Pump Number Slot Number Station Number |
These are the user-defined IDs for the Pump, Slot, and Station for the selected pump. When the user selects a Pump Record No, the system automatically fills these fields with data from the associated Pump Inventory record. |
Last Inspection |
Denotes when the inspection occurred. |
Inspected By |
Identifies who performed the inspection. |
Pump Condition |
Specifies the current condition of the pump. |
Note: The Pump Record Number and Inspection Date fields are required to save the record.
