The Service Lateral Inspections header fields contain general information used to identify each inspection. The header appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

The user-generated unique identifier for the inspected structure. This field is completed automatically when the Service Rec # is identified. |

The system-generated unique identifier for the inspection. |
Most Recent Inspection |
Indicates whether the selected Inspection record represents the latest inspection for the service lateral. The system uses the Inspection Date to make this determination. |

*Must form a unique combination with the Inspection Date and Inspect Direction.
