Request Tracking Options

These options allow the user to select which actions are tracked in the Requests Tracking tab.

To select tracking options for the Requests module, complete the following steps:

1. Click on the Tracking Options tab.
2. Select Work Requests from the drop-down menu in the dialog box.
3. Click on the module toolbar to enter Edit Mode.
4. Right-click on an option and select Start Tracking. The word Yes appears in the Tracked column, meaning that that action will be tracked in the Requests module. 

   Or, select Stop Tracking; the word No appears in the Tracked column, meaning that that action should not be tracked.

   

5. Click to save the changes.
