Adding a Resource

To add a resource, complete the following steps:

  1. Highlight the task (in the Work Tasks grid) that the resource will be associated with.
  2. Right-click in the Resources grid or on an existing record and select Add Record. The following screen will appear:

  3. The task you selected in the Work Tasks grid will automatically populate the Work Task field.
  4. Select a resource type from the pick list.  

    Note: This is a required field.

  5. Select a resource from the pick list. Available resources will vary depending on the resource type selected.  

    Note: This is a required field.

  6. Enter other data in the appropriate fields. These fields are not required.
  7. Click to save the record.
  8. Click to close the window.
