Change Meter Service Option

This option allows you to document any service changes for a meter location (i.e. when the service is scheduled to be turned on or off).

To change the service status for a meter location, complete the following steps:

  1. Select the meter location in the Assets grid.
  2. Right-click and select Meter Device > Change Meter Service. The following window will appear:

  3. Select the service change from the pick list (i.e. Open or Closed).
  4. Enter the scheduled date. This field may be auto-populated with the current date; however, you can manually changed the date.
  5. Click to save the record.
